Find a Grow group
Find an in-person group or a Zoom group that suits you best. No referral or appointment is needed — just turn up, or connect online, and introduce yourself.
A group will very rarely be full. If one is nearing capacity, it simply splits into two smaller groups and carries on — so there’s always room for you.

Parking at The Grow Centre (St Lukes): there’s queued parking for several cars around the building, limited parking on Kingsway Ave, and parking on Cornwallis Street, which is also the entry to the Westfield free car park — a short walk across the traffic lights to the Centre.
